The general purpose of this blog is to express my thoughts on a range of theological and philosophical issues from an openly ecumenical and, at the same time, critically thomistic point-of-view. By 'ecumenical' I mean the broad historic othodoxy of the Roman Catholic and Protestant West, as well as the Orthodox East. By 'thomistic' I mean in accordance with the principles of St. Thomas' general theological synthesis of faith and reason.
My opinions are entirely my own and not that of the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church.
